Want a way to easily connect with other Pilgrim peers? Looking for a forum to share ideas, tips and tricks, and lessons learned with other Pilgrim users and with Pilgrim itself? This is your chance!
Join Pilgrim’s User Community hosted through LinkedIn®. This is an easy way to connect, ask questions and share ideas through the discussion and comment capability, without having to leave your office.
Connect with Pilgrim employees from Professional Services, Product Management, Technical Support, Engineering, Management, Sales, and Marketing, along with Pilgrim Partners and selected Industry Experts who also will monitor feedback and answer discussion questions.
The goals of this Group are to:

Northeast Local User Group
Pilgrim Software’s Northeast User Group is a consortium of Pilgrim customers that are located in northeastern North America. The Group conducts ongoing dialogue on ways to enhance Pilgrim’s solutions to most effectively serve the needs of its customers.
Members of the Northeast User Group, including medical device, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, communicates through a dedicated and secure client forum page on Pilgrim’s website, monthly teleconferences, and quarterly face-to-face meetings.
This open communication allows industry leaders to leverage their experiences and best practices for eventual application within Pilgrim’s ECQM solutions. Discussions have included:
- lessons learned and benefits realized from global implementations
- industry insights from regulatory working groups
- new regulations and industry trends impacting operations management
- input to Pilgrim, based on users’ practical experiences, on software enhancements of existing products and for new product direction

Fusion: Pilgrim Annual User Conference
In November 2008, Pilgrim Software hosted Fusion VII: “In Pursuit of Excellence,” its seventh annual user conference, for its customers from across the Life Sciences and manufacturing industries. The conference featured presentations from a diverse cross-section of leading international industry experts in topics such as Lean Manufacturing, Going Green, GRC, Risk Management, and proven Best Practices presented by Pilgrim’s customers.
Learning sessions at Fusion VII were tailored to appeal to users, technical and executive-level attendees. Those individuals were brought together with Pilgrim’s executive, technical, professional services and account executive staff, to gain a comprehensive perspective on the products and services available from Pilgrim Software.
The Fusion VII Technology Lab provided hands-on training and mini-workshops conducted by Pilgrim’s implementation and technical support experts. Special interest group sessions provided an opportunity for attendees to meet with other customers in small, interactive groups to discuss their processes, share their best practices, and provide input into future product direction.
Customers who attended Fusion VII returned to their organizations with inventive ideas for leveraging their investment in Pilgrim products to attain the maximum ROI on their compliance and quality efforts. Take a look at this video tour from Fusion VII.
